Terms of Service & Subscriptions
These Terms govern your use of the app and any paid subscriptions or purchases within the app. By using the app and/or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription Plans & Pricing
- Monthly subscription: billed monthly at the price shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase.
- Annual subscription: billed once per year at the price shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase.
- Lifetime purchase: a one-time purchase at the price shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase.
Prices and availability may vary by region, currency, and platform. The store checkout is the source of truth for the amount you will be charged.
2. Free Trial
An eligible monthly or annual subscription may include a one-time free trial of seven (7) days when the offer is shown in the store. The lifetime purchase does not include a trial. If you start a subscription trial and do not cancel before it ends, it converts into the selected paid subscription and your store payment method is charged.
3. Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period (monthly or annual) and are billed through the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store / Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; paid periods are not refunded pro rata unless required by law or otherwise stated.
4. Lifetime Purchase
The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring purchase granting permanent access to premium features. It is billed via the platform at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds
Refunds are generally handled by Apple or Google. If you wish to request a refund, please contact the platform support (App Store / Google Play). We can assist, but final refund decisions are made by the platform.
6. Restoring Purchases
To restore purchases (e.g., when switching devices), use the “Restore Purchases” feature in the app or sign in with the same Apple / Google account used for the purchase.
7. Trial Eligibility
Trial eligibility and availability are determined by the App Store or Google Play and are shown before you confirm the subscription.
8. Price Changes
We may change prices from time to time. Existing subscriptions may be affected by price changes; we will inform you in advance and, where required, provide the option to cancel.
9. Privacy & Payment Data
Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive or store credit card details. See our Privacy Policy for information about the data we collect and how it is used.
10. Termination & Suspension
Access to premium features may be suspended or terminated if payments fail or are cancelled.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. The Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Verify all measurements and calculations before use on real materials.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Jurisdiction is Germany.
